IMPORTANT HEALTH COVERAGE TAX DOCUMENTS
The Paperwork Burden Reduction Act of 2024 provides that employers are not required automatically to distribute Forms 1095-B and 1095-C to full-time employees and other employees enrolled in the health plan. Friendly Reminder: Please check EVERY visit that your physician or point of service is still a member of your PPO. You may do this by calling the PPO and documenting the time of call and who you spoke to or going on their website listed below and printing off the verification.
